- 170 g sweetened condensed milk

- Combine rice, milk, and sweetened condensed milk in a pot. Stir frequently and cook over low heat until rice begins to swell and soften.

Note: If using liquid extracts (vanilla or almond), add them later to preserve aroma. - When rice is tender and most of the milk is absorbed, beat the egg well.
- Gradually add about 6 tablespoons of the hot rice mixture into the beaten egg, stirring constantly to temper it.
- Reduce heat to very low (no boiling) and pour the egg mixture back into the pot, stirring thoroughly. Cook for an additional 3 minutes to thicken.
