  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Butter or oil for greasing the pan

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients and Veggies

  • Sift flour together with salt, pepper, and baking powder.
  • Grate carrots and goat cheese.
  • Finely chop parsley, green onion greens (avoid the white part), dill, and tarragon.

2. Make the Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, beat eggs thoroughly using a whisk or mixer.
  • Add half the milk and half the flour mixture. Mix gently with a whisk.
  • Add the remaining milk and flour mixture, continuing to whisk.
