Ingredients

  • 200 g pineapple, diced
  • 200 g mango (1 medium), diced
  • 150 ml passion fruit pulp (seeds mostly removed for appearance)
  • Pulp from 2 oranges (peeled, without pith or seeds)
  • Zest and pulp of 1 lime
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the mango and pineapple into small cubes.
  2. Extract the pulp from the oranges and lime, removing all pith and seeds carefully (see instructional video for citrus prep).
  3. Combine all fruits and sugar in a wide pot. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until fruits release their juices and soften.
  4. Optionally, pulse the jam briefly in a food processor (4-5 pulses) for a smoother, easier-to-spread texture.
  5. Pour jam into a clean jar and refrigerate. Unsterilized jars will keep the jam fresh for about 2 weeks.
