Ingredients
- 200 g pineapple, diced
- 200 g mango (1 medium), diced
- 150 ml passion fruit pulp (seeds mostly removed for appearance)
- Pulp from 2 oranges (peeled, without pith or seeds)
- Zest and pulp of 1 lime
- 200 g sugar
Instructions
- Dice the mango and pineapple into small cubes.
- Extract the pulp from the oranges and lime, removing all pith and seeds carefully (see instructional video for citrus prep).
- Combine all fruits and sugar in a wide pot. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until fruits release their juices and soften.
- Optionally, pulse the jam briefly in a food processor (4-5 pulses) for a smoother, easier-to-spread texture.
- Pour jam into a clean jar and refrigerate. Unsterilized jars will keep the jam fresh for about 2 weeks.
